My experience at Vertu Škoda Darlington could have been better because everything was mint until after I pick my car up I was told that someone was going to ring me after a 2or 3 days,when I went to look at the cari had a discussion about the car,the cat was on the website it had all its mats in i ask sane about them he told me that yes as the previous person had left them,they were in the boot that day so when I got home went in the boot on mats,I waited for the call which am still waiting for so rang on the 2nd of April I was told that she would ask about the mats I'm still waiting for that CAll so no am not best pleased,makes me wonder if they don't want to replace them,I shouldn't have to chase this I was going wait till 2nd of May then it would of being a month if I don't get a response from this then seems to me that they got paid case closed,dave
