I would like to start by saying Iver is a very nice person and very personable, however I would sum up my experience as one that lacked the top quality service which Vertu pride themselves on, especially by promoting awards they’ve previously won. Iver’s product knowledge fell short of what I expected from a car sales person. The car was sold without the umbrella and I’ve also now discovered the screen wipe has also been left out. Iver organised a replacement umbrella after I requested this but despite noting it on the deal sheet, the screen wipe has not been included.
I would also like to add that there was a bit of an uncomfortable experience with the manager pushing finance on me. It took me a couple of explanations as to why I wanted to pay cash before he accepted I wasn’t interested in finance. I appreciate there are targets set for every finance deal agreed but sometimes you just need to listen to the customer and respect their decisions.
This has put me off revisiting this dealership in the future.
